- All rates are per foot per day and quoted in US Dollars and are subject to 3% government tax
- Daily, weekly and monthly dock fees to be paid in advance
- Seasonal and annual rates require a minimum of 3 months in advance
- Multihull yachts are double the above monohull rates
- Reservations require 1/3 deposit at the time of booking
- Cancellation of booking more than 72 hours in advance of arrival is subject to a 10% fee
- Cancellation at less than 72 hours before projected arrival time is subject to normal slip fees for those days the slip was held available, maximum of three days
- After 3 days, the reservation will automatically be cancelled
